1. To export (download) LiveText files                                                       TOP

1. Open the document to be downloaded.

2. a) If you see "Share - Copy - Print... - More..." in the top right corner of your screen then click the "More..." link.
   b) If you see "Cance << Previous | Next >> | Finish " there instead, click the "FINISH" link first, the click the "More.." link.

3. Click the "Export document" link. Be patient, this can take a while for larger documents, documents with images, documents with attachments, and documents with links to other LiveText documents.

4. Save the archive file and remember where you saved it. Again this may  take some time, especially over modem connections.

2. To copy (burn) LiveText files to CD                                                       TOP

1. Export your LiveText document ( See tip #1)

2. Open the exported archive. You may need compression software like WinZip in order to do this.

3. Extract the contents of the archive file to your hard drive and note the location of the extraction.

4. Copy the extracted files to CD.

5. Index.html is the starting point for your document.
   This file is located at livetext/doc/xxxx/index.html where xxxx is the LiveText document number.
   This is the file that the viewer of the CD should locate and open.
