A. Establish A Significant and Relevant Need (Problem)
 a. Have you convinced the audience a problem exists?
 b. Is this problem relevant to them?
 c. Is this problem serious enough to warrant considering a solution?
 d. Have you cited your supporting materials (Footnotes)?
B. Satisfy The Need  - Establish A Solution To The Problem
 a. Have you offered a reasonable solution to the stated problem?
 b. Have you discussed how your solution should be implemented?
 c. Is this the best solution to the problem?

C. Visualize The Future - Look Into The Future
a. Negative Visualization
 “If we do not adopt this solution then the current problem will become worse."
